year ender blagug!

Oh well, the palaboi blogger is back on his track!

It was a superb year for me! There were lots of ups and MORE downs as well. And what an unlikely thing has made me stimulated to blog today. It was that breathtaking sight I’ve seen while I was at the mall earlier. Okay here goes…

The Date
After two consecutive dates I had. One last Thursday night with my fubu! He he he… and yesterday lunch out with my special friend, I decided to go out with someone whom I think I have been taking for granted for quite some time now. He’s been through a lot of things lately and I hope he needs and deserves a break, and so I hang out with myself. Not that I am justifying me being a loser alone at the mall, ha ha ha… orrr maybe I am! Hahahha J anyway as I walk around trying to look for nothin’ I passed by the strip that was facing the bay area… and saw the sunset… it was as if I am seeing a life size painting of the scene… the water was calm, the rays of sun that passes the rain clouds were astounding. The mountain (which I don’t know what it is called) was the best back draft from the scene, I rarely see this things… uhhhm… maybe its much better to say, I rarely appreciate such things. I find it a perfect spot to hang out with anyone or even with yourself and just take advantage of the sight… and for some that doesn’t want the sea breeze, believe me it is much better than to stay in the “lush” boutiques at the malls.

Blessings
It was a tough year for me, I wasn’t able to make it abroad… after a lot of attempts this year, I had a surgery due to pericoronitis, I lost money and ended up with more debts but as the saying goes everything happens for a reason. After my annual self-assessment this year I did have some more accomplishments and blessings… the rowing team made it to the finals that made all other team surprised thus making them prep up for the 3rd leg though we just made it up to the semis, the teams ranking is still good… come November, I had a promotion, a lateral one but a good promotion, I moved from HPS Specialist to HMG Specialist… same pay but the work load is better, I don’t have idle times but hey how many times a 9 month old employee would get a promotion? Lastly, though I was not commended for giving ideas with the xmas party event our team won first place with the chorale, and to think that the pop voice of yours truly was turned into bass! Yeah what the fuck was that! But hey! I survived… and we won! Ha ha ha… enough of being cocky… I’m just playin’ … the best blessing I did have this year was doc dex… he just saved me from sellin my phone… he did the surgery and it saves me a lot of money. Im not telling how much but the important thing is I was not fooled by those stupid-good-for-nothing-stone-hearted dentists! God do bestow upon us his blessings with perfect timing… you just have to be patient, and of course patience is still my something I need to work on with. As I went home from the mall there were two badjao kids that were caroling on the bus, they were dirt covered and bare footed. The sound of the improvised drums was really annoying but I held my temper, they’re just doing what they think will give them food for the day. It was a slap in the face of how lucky I am that I am all dressed up and just had lunch at Tokyo Tokyo while others have to risk their lives on the street and work to survive.

Goals for 2007
Oh no here goes another “goal setting” he h ehe. Well what do I want to accomplish this year?!
*Participate in these international races (La Mesa, Boracay and whoooey Macau!)
*Get my business started! What ever business it may be! As long as its legal!
*Get myself space… move out from my parents house. Be independent
*Change wardrobe hahahhahah J

Things that I need to work on with:
*Pride
*Love Life
*Patience
*Mood swings
*Impusiveness
*Financial Stability

….wrapping things up, it was a great year for me after all, I gained a lot of friends. Got new work, am doing what I want… I joined the social activities committee at work, and I am part of the team miracle at RCP and currently one of the project managers of miracle shirts. Love life is empty but my hands are free! Bwahahah
